TriCity Central

TriCity Central is an 11.6-acre mixed-use, transit-oriented master-planned community in Coquitlam City Centre. The development comprises nine towers, including six high-rise condominium towers offering approximately 3,000 market condos, two high-rise towers with around 1,000 market rental apartments, and a 27-storey office and hotel building featuring 150 hotel rooms and a conference centre. The project also includes 532,000 sq. ft. of commercial and retail space. The North Phase features a public plaza, central square, and a new retail high street with outdoor patios for cafés and restaurants. The South Phase offers a playground, urban park area with gardens, and a 220-space daycare. A pedestrian bridge over Lougheed Highway will connect residents to Coquitlam Central Station, providing easy access to public transit.
